General provisions and service provider
This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Petro Mykhailovych Svystak, Ukrainian taxpayer number 3353817257 (the “Provider”), to enter into an electronic agreement for paid SoonGG digital services on the terms below.
The offer is addressed to individuals who have the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement.
Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the user access to the paid SoonGG PRO plan and related SoonGG digital features, and the user pays the price of the selected plan.
The service is digital and is supplied remotely through the user account. No physical goods are delivered.
What SoonGG PRO includes
Subject to technical availability and the current service configuration, SoonGG PRO may include:
- unlimited game tracking (Track);
- release-date and platform-change alerts;
- advanced pre-release reminders;
- price-drop alerts;
- Game Pass and PlayStation Plus alerts;
- DLC and expansion alerts where supported;
- a personal Apple, Google and Outlook calendar feed;
- Email and Web Push delivery for selected alerts;
- an ad-free experience;
- advanced PNG export with additional formats and controls.
The exact features of a plan are displayed on the pricing page and before payment. Features dependent on third-party APIs, stores or platforms may change when those third-party services change.
Price and subscription period
The base SoonGG PRO prices as of the last update of this offer are:
- monthly plan — USD 2.99 for 1 month;
- annual plan — USD 12 for 1 year.
The actual charge amount and currency, available payment methods, applicable taxes, discounts and renewal terms are displayed before the user confirms payment. If there is any discrepancy, the amount explicitly shown at checkout before confirmation prevails.
Acceptance and conclusion of the agreement
Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer occurs when the user confirms payment and the payment for the selected SoonGG PRO plan is successfully completed. The electronic agreement between the user and the Provider is concluded when payment succeeds.
By paying, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this offer, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Payment procedure
Payment may be made by bank card and other methods available at checkout, including through the WayForPay payment service. For certain regions or sales channels, SoonGG may use other payment providers where this is clearly disclosed before payment.
Card payment details are entered on the payment provider’s secure environment. SoonGG does not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC codes.
The user’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
If automatic renewal is stated at checkout for the selected plan, the subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until cancelled by the user.
The user may stop the next automatic renewal using the subscription-management flow available through SoonGG or the payment provider, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation should be completed before the next charge date.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid PRO period unless applicable law or the terms of the specific transaction require otherwise.
Start and term of service
SoonGG PRO access is activated automatically after SoonGG receives confirmation of successful payment. This normally happens immediately, although processing may take additional time due to a bank, payment provider or technical systems.
The service is provided for the paid period to the account associated with the purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the SoonGG Refund Policy, the applicable payment provider’s rules and mandatory applicable law. Cancelling automatic renewal does not itself refund an amount already paid.
For a payment-related request, contact [email protected] with the account email and any available transaction identifier. Do not send a full card number or CVV/CVC.
Liability
The parties are liable in accordance with this offer and applicable law. The user is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, account security and lawful use of the service.
SoonGG uses data from third-party platforms, stores and APIs and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of such third-party data. Temporary unavailability of an integration does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
The Provider is not responsible for failures of banks, payment systems, communication networks or third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable measures to restore its own service.
Personal data
Personal data is processed to create and maintain accounts, provide SoonGG PRO, process and confirm payments, provide support and security, and comply with legal obligations. Details are set out in the SoonGG Privacy Policy.
Changes to this offer
The Provider may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page with an updated date.
Changes do not apply retroactively to completed one-time payments. For subscriptions, material changes affecting future charges or paid-plan terms apply subject to notices and user rights required by law and the payment provider’s terms.
Governing law and disputes
The relationship between the Provider and the user is governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory rules in the user’s country provide other non-waivable rights.
The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through communication and support. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under applicable law.
