Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of SoonGG, including the website, account features, notifications, calendar feeds and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, confirming acceptance during registration, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use SoonGG on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
What SoonGG provides
SoonGG is an independent game discovery and tracking service. It may provide release calendars, game pages, store prices and links, subscription-service information, tracking, reminders, notifications, calendar feeds, exports and related features.
Features may be added, changed, limited or removed over time. Availability can differ by region, platform, account status, plan, device or data source.
Accounts and eligibility
Some features require an account. When you create or use one, you agree to:
- provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date;
- keep your credentials and private calendar links secure;
- take responsibility for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access;
- use the Service only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms, or with a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
SoonGG may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, repeated violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.
Game data and third-party information
SoonGG combines information from third-party databases, storefronts, publishers, platform holders and public sources. This can include titles, images, descriptions, release dates, platforms, prices, discounts and subscription availability.
We work to keep this information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that third-party data is complete, error-free or updated immediately. Publisher and storefront information should be treated as authoritative where there is a conflict.
Tracking, notifications and calendar feeds
Tracking a game allows SoonGG to monitor supported events based on your settings and plan. Notifications are provided as a convenience and may be delayed, unavailable, grouped or omitted because of data-source, email, browser, network or service issues.
Personal calendar-feed URLs are secret links. Anyone who obtains such a link may be able to read the associated release calendar. You are responsible for keeping the link private and rotating it if you believe it has been exposed.
Prices, deals and affiliate links
Prices and deals shown by SoonGG are informational. Currency, taxes, editions, eligibility, regional restrictions and discounts may differ from what is ultimately shown by the retailer. The retailer’s checkout price and terms control the purchase.
Some store links may be affiliate links. SoonGG may receive a commission when you use an eligible affiliate link, at no additional cost to you. We do not sell games directly unless the Service explicitly states otherwise.
Paid plans and billing
SoonGG may offer paid features or subscriptions. The price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, taxes and payment-provider terms applicable to a purchase will be shown before you complete it.
Unless a checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for time already billed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under the law that applies to you.
The availability of some paid features may depend on third-party integrations. If a third party restricts or discontinues access to relevant data or functionality, the affected SoonGG feature may be modified, replaced or discontinued. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Orders for SoonGG PRO are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for transactions it processes. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, buyer payment support and refunds for those transactions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse SoonGG or interfere with other users. In particular, you may not:
- send spam, abusive content, malicious reports or fraudulent requests;
- attempt to access accounts, admin areas, tokens, feeds or systems without authorization;
- use automated scraping or request patterns that create unreasonable load or bypass technical limits;
- probe, exploit or circumvent security, rate limits, authentication or anti-bot measures except through an authorized security-testing process;
- use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The SoonGG name, branding, original interface, code, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SoonGG intellectual property to you.
Game names, artwork, logos, platform marks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on SoonGG does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Third-party services, data sources and integrations
Certain SoonGG features depend on services, platforms, storefronts, APIs and data providers controlled by third parties. These may include, without limitation, IGDB, Sony Interactive Entertainment / PlayStation, Microsoft / Xbox, Valve / Steam, OpenCritic, Google / YouTube, Nintendo and any current or future data sources and integrations.
SoonGG does not control the availability, policies, APIs, technical restrictions, data or decisions of those third parties. They may change, restrict, suspend or terminate access to their services or data at any time. As a result, related SoonGG features — including prices, store links, deals, trailers, ratings, subscription data and notifications — may temporarily or permanently change, operate only partially or become unavailable.
SoonGG may modify, replace, restrict or discontinue a specific third-party integration without guaranteeing a restoration timeframe where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, security, contractual or operational reasons. SoonGG does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular third-party integration or data source.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep SoonGG available, but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or response time. We may perform maintenance, change data providers, impose reasonable limits, disable third-party integrations, discontinue features or suspend access where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, contractual or operational reasons.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SoonGG does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a particular release date, store availability, discount, subscription inclusion or notification delivery.
SoonGG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve, publishers or other platform holders unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoonGG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, third-party stores, missed notifications or inaccurate third-party data.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using SoonGG at any time. You may request account deletion through the contact address below. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements or business model changes. The “Last updated” date will show when the latest version took effect. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonably required.
