An add-on available for purchase in the store. You can make a new character that plays as a variant of the monk class. Dragon Disciples are Monks who have devoted themselves to the Way of the Mighty Dragon. While Centered, they can tap into Draconic magic. They gain limited Wisdom-based spellcasting.
